Water Park

In November we took a mini vacation to Galveston, to get away from the big city. We went to Pelican Island and watched the many fishermen/women fish. Mart and Malakai toured a naval boat and submarine while Clara and I played at the park. We discovered some yummy restaurants like the Sunflower Bakery and a little hole in the wall Mexican place. The big entertainment was going to the indoor waterpark for an afternoon. The kiddos loved it. Malakai went down the waterslides constantly for hours. Clara splashed around and went down the slides, too. Malakai was brave and went on the lazy river that wasn't really that lazy. Marty and I took turns going down the big waterslides and watching the kiddos. I love waterparks!
