Malakai still loves to help out in the kitchen whenever he can. As soon as he see one of us mixing something up we hear the scrape of the chair on the floor. Usually his job is to pour ingredients in and then help stir with a spoon of his own.

The Houston Zoo is incredibly hot these days, we only lasted an hour last week, but the huge trees do provide nice shade and beauty.
