Malakai loves his puzzles! This morning during the drizzle, he worked on his new Farm Animals puzzle for 15-20 minutes straight. Then did the same during lunch. Here's the thing, we just gave this puzzle to him last night. He could not wait until the packaging came off so he could begin. Then he proceeded to flawlessly put all the animals in the right spots, the first time through! What's even more interesting: this is his first puzzle where the piece's picture isn't also printed in the wood imprint beneath. So instead of matching up the cow with the identical picture, for this puzzle, he only has the cow's blank shape cut in the wood to match to the cow-piece in his hand. You can see what I mean above. His dexterity has increased exponentially over the last weeks too, and he now gets much less frustrated and needs no help.
