Both Hannah and I had big hair days yesterday. She headed to the South Bend mall with Charlotte for lunch, and ended up with a great new hair cut! She looks amazing. And I for my part tried to score some extra points for the annual AMBS Follicly Full-Face Beard Competition by going back to our Amish Troyer roots. Didn't work so well, as I won the "most professional beard" award. Are
you kidding? One more tough week of papers (Mark 13, Men ministering to women, and The Life and Times of Marty Troyer), translations, peace reports, and student life before we head to Kansas and Oregon for Christmas. Can't wait!

As for the main attraction, he's been sporting this little spike for quite awhile now. Hannah had him weighed Wednesday, and he's up to 11 lbs, 14 oz.
When he hits you with those great eyes full of intensity, it's like a vacuum. What a gift.
